So. I have figured out the ENTIRE Pokemon timeline, and I'm gonna break it down to you.
Arceus FIRST made Palkia, Dialga, and Giritina, who are the guardians of Space, Time, and Anti-Matter. Arceus then went on to create Mew, who went on to create all the Non-Legendary Pokemon.
Giritina was then banished, leaving only Palkia and Dialga.
Palkia and Dialga created Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza, who controlled the Land, Sea, and Air. Kyogre then made Lugia to protect the seas, and then Lugia created the 3 birds, Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres.
Kyogre also made Manaphy, Phione, and Volcanion which I'm pretty sure Groudon and Kyogre made together.
Manaphy controls the Cold Water, and Phione controls the Warm Water, and Volcanion controls Steam.
Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza all made the Regi's. Regigigas moves the regions into place, Regirock pushed the Mountains in place, Registeel pushed...idk nothing, and Regice pushed the Ice Caps or Icebergs into place. They also made the Alola Guardians, too.
Then came Necrozma, a creature made by Palkia, who controlled Dark Matter-or Darkness. Necrozma then made Ultra Beast and Cosmos, who was the Nebula.
Cosmos then evolved, and it was the Protostar. After that, it evolved into Solgaleo or Lunala and those controlled the Sun and the Moon and who was also helping the non-made humans yet.
