Nolzur's Marvelous Pigments: I can't think of a witty title sorry

This was just some more practice for this newer style of drawing for me really. If you haven't seen her before, this is Rhaja Aurronel, she's a character I've been playing in DnD over two campaigns now. I'm madly in love with her (seriously, if you compare how frequently I've drawn my other OC's like Blair to Rhaja here, you're looking at six drawings in five years vs five drawings in one year. Please note, I haven't uploaded all of those drawings to 'charms and I'm talking about fully finished drawings not just sketches, but the point still stands), and I think that has a lot to do with the sheer difference in character development and genuine relationship building she's gone through in comparison to most other characters I've had before. With most of my previous role playing experiences through online forums, the feelings of growth and attachment was incredibly rare - I honestly only recall it happening once back in 2011, if the dates I've got on my artwork of those characters is accurate. I think that just the change in medium might have a lot to do with why these feelings are so much more prevalent (because I'm getting this for pretty much all the character's I'm playing in tabletop RPGs now, it's just the strongest for Rhaja) - you can communicate information so much faster by voice than text, sessions last for much longer, people seem more dedicated to continuing than I've seen for text, and stories actually end which I've never seen happen for text based RPGs. So because of all that you end up with more time to develop your character and more banter that leads the character's to feeling like they're actually good friends (or not!), and it's all very very addictive.
