How to draw: an anime flame eye

1. With the pen tool(or pen in real life) draw the outline.
2. Using the fill tool(or pen in real life) add yellow to the circular shape in the eye
3. Next add some shading the the eye with a brush
4. Now in the middle of the shade you made, add an oval to it with the pen
5. Now with orange use a airbrush (or brush in real life) to at a bit of flare
6. Now with the same base yellow, use your pen to fill the oval
7. Now on a new layer fade the brush (or just use a lighter yellow in real life) and add half a circle the the bottom
8. Add red and orange at the top to balance the dark and light
9. Now add light reflection to the eyes with the pen and airbrush the cheaks pink and make the eyelashes and eyebrow look realistic.

Note: you don't need to do the last step.
