Her name is Zara Moreno, and she has agreed to help you communicate with the spirit! However, first, you need to beat her in an official gym battle! If you do, she will hand you a TM for Hex and the Conjure Badge.
Zara takes you ti the cemetary in the far corners of the Woods. Giving you an item, the air around you begins to chill. Frost starts to form on the ground surrounding you...

    The link to this from #9 is broken. When I click it, it gives me an error and says "The requested work could not be found." Same thing if you click the back arrow up top.
