My OCs: GUESS WHO IT IS

I was bored and looking through some of my old artworks to try to find one to attempt to redraw, and found an artwork of my old Autumn themed Mismagius Pokesona, October, so I figured "Hey, I drew this in 2017, then proceeded to completely forget about this guy, why not redraw him and see how much I've improved?"
