“Hey Misty! Hey Brock! How's it going? It's me, Ash Ketchum.” Ash screeched at a high, almost unholy frequency.
Misty have a sigh, that seemed sad and almost disappointed. “Brock, I thought you said Team Rocket would get rid of him this time, for good.” She said, in a low whisper to Brock who stood next to her, awkwardly smiling and giving a forced wave.
“Oh my goodness. I almost died! Team Rocket went crazy and instead of trying to steal Pikachu, they tried to steal me. Something about a bounty. I don't know what that is, but it sounds bad.” Ash screeched as he closed in on the other two trainers.
“Thank Arceus he’s an idiot.” Brock mumbled in a relieved tone, through his false grin.
“So, what's with this party. And what does that banner say? You know I can't read too well.” Ash screeched as he stopped at about a foot away from Brock and Misty.
Brock looked at the people around them, who once we happily drinking punch, but now quiet at Ash’s arrival. He glanced at the banner, which clearly said in big bold letters’ “YAY, NO MORE ASH!” and gave a sigh. “It says, “Happy Birthday Ash.”” he said hoping the boy would buy it.
Pikachu looked at his master, while perched on his shoulder. He had been in on the original attempt to get rid of Ash. And the one preceding it. And the next one. This boy wouldn't just disappear.
“Oh, silly Brock, my birthday is on a Monday. Not a Whatever-day-this-is-day.” Ash said loudly with a childlike grin plastered on his face.
“Well actually, Ash, today is Monday.” Brock said a matter of factly. Hopefully this conversation would distract Ash from the whole Team Rocket fiasco.
“OHMYARCEUS!” Ash screeched at a high frequency that made Growlites around the region cover their ears in pain. “It's MY Birthday.”
Brock quickly recovered from the outburst and gave a nod. “Yeah, we're all here to celebrate your birthday because we all care about you.”
The crowd all shot angry looks at Brock, including Ash’s own mother, who all hated to be classified as “someone who cared about Ash.”
“Okay, I'm done screwing around. Let’s just drop this whole charade of liking Ash.” Misty said stepping forward with an angry scowl in her face. “To be frank, we all hate you.”
“Oh, Misty stop flirting. You're just feeding those shippers.” Ash said giggling like a little girl.
Misty have a sigh and a face palm before she glared at him. “Ash, you are the biggest Mary Sue, I've ever seen. How many legendaries have you befriended and battled? Tons. How many leagues have you won? None. And don't forget your OP Greninja, who can Battle Bond, because screw the rules, you're Ash Ketchum! You are what’s holding Pokemom back!”
After hearing this rant, Ash turned his head, and screeched, “My name isn't Mary Sue. It's Ash Ketchum.”
By this time, Misty was done with this immortal 10 year old. Then she got an idea. “Brock, Grab him.”
Brock immediately caught on and grabbed his arms, quickly pulling Ash into a full Nelson. Misty grabbed Ash’s leg, while Pikachu, realizing what was going on, jumped off his incompetent trainer’s shoulder.
“Ash, you're going in the van.” Brock said in a deep voice.
Ash squirmed and whined, “But I don't understand. Why are you putting me in a van? I don't wanna get in the van!”
Misty gave a sigh, over Togepi’s happy cries and said, “Get in the van. Free Badges.”
Ash quickly shouted in triumph as they carried him away. He was never seen again, and everyone else lived happily ever after.
