Gecko Tails

Sorry that this isn't pokémon related (& how this was turned in pretty much at the last minute), but here's my Valentine's Day entry for the #flashchallenge. It's a project that I've been working on for the past few months now & I thought this would be a pretty good coincidence to post it.

The concept is based on the fact that the end of a gecko’s tail looks like a flower after it falls off, while it’s visually based on Valentine cards from the Victorian Era and the illustrations of John Tenniel.
