Recently this year, Heartbound was released as it went toe-to-toe with the one and only Undertale.

We've set up weapons and traps throughout the arena...but will they survive The Assault!!?
ASSAULT!!
Once upon a time, two races lived peacefully on Earth. Humans and monsters.
One day, the monsters declared war against the humans.
The humans remained victorious, and sealed the monsters underground as punishment.
So...they really regretted that war.
One day, an innocent human called Chara fell into the underground. The king of the underground, Asgore, sent his son, Asriel, to fetch the human.
Chara and Asriel became best friends shortly after, so technically Chara was adopted.
One day, she caught a mysterious illness that the king and his wife, Toriel, couldn't find a way to cure.
Chara passed away shortly after, and blamed the monsters for her death.
Asriel took her body to the surface, but the humans thought Asriel was responsible for her death.
So they killed Asriel as well. Well, not until later, but he died on a patch of sunflowers in the underground.
A ghost now, Chara felt satisfaction in this killing spree. So, she tried to possess each of the souls of the other humans that fell to the ground. She failed, until the seventh came.
It's unknown which path was canonical, so let's just say all of them!
Frisk was born with his eyes closed, yet he can perfectly walk all around. Like Brock.
Frisk was also born a pacifist. He'll do whatever it takes to have friends.
And boy, did he succeed! He became friends with every monster in the underground, then killed them all...but we'll get to that later!
Frisk has a whole setup of weapons.
The Soul of Integrity grants him Old Ballet Shoes, mainly used for graceful kicks.
The Soul of Justice grants him an Empty Gun...which is LITERALLY TF2.
The Soul of Kindness grants him a Frying Pan, which can block projectiles.
The Soul of Bravery grants him boxing gloves, which can hit up to four times at once.
And the other human souls are just...there.
But overall, he has one ultimate weapon. His Real Knife.

He has gone through many phases of this. From Stick, to Toy Knife...and then there's this.
He doesn't use it much, since he's %100 pacifist, but he'll use it when he needs to.
But when he DOES use it...
...it's because he's being manipulated by a child demon.
She's got a creepy smile, a creepy blush, and kind of creepy hair and sweater, it's Chara!
Chara is the child we mentioned before. She's gotten so used to killing it's made her faster than light and her hits can cut through the human skeleton.
Partly her, partly her knife and necklace. Her knife gets overrun with red circles...supposedly...big...blood cells...is she here? She better not be here...
She knows our location, remember the last time we covered her?

...Oh yeah. Like we said before, Chara is an innocent child gone mad. Her soul was so merciless and genocidal, her soul could cool down the entire area of Hotland.

People are so scared of her, random encounters DON'T EXIST!
Not to mention she scared the crap out of FLOWEY!
Chara's killed an entire race, The king and queen of the underground, the most powerful being in the underground, a dorky skeleton, Pearl: Fish edition, and a psychopathic flower.
But Frisk himself has killed Flowey...when he absorbed all six human souls.
And he's also convinced the god of hyperdeath that he was actually just an innocent child living in the underground. Allow me to remind you that Asriel Dreemurr is a being of EVERY MONSTER SOUL IN THE UNDERGROUND PLUS THE SIX HUMAN SOULS!
But when things go wrong, Frisk always has the power of his Save File, which can to his last determination spot.
With all this power, he takes a risk. For example, he's just a child. He doesn't think about his actions, he just does them.
Yep! As long as Frisk is around, someone is going to have a bad time.

Once upon a time, in an ocean of trees, there was a small house. In this house was a teenage boy named Lore, who lived with his father.
You see, his father wasn't exactly the nicest guy on the planet. He always stayed in his room, never showing any love towards his son.
Lore had a dog named Baron. Lore was living his boring and shady life, until, one night, Lore woke up to take the trash out, because his father told him to. When he went back to sleep, Baron was gone.
Lore couldn't keep living if he had lost Baron, so he went to the only place where he could've gone: The woods.
Lore found his collar on a trail, meaning he was nearby.
As he ventured deeper and deeper into the forest, most YouTubers expected a jumpscare at any moment.
Then, when he reached the end, he found out the sad truth.
His talking dog was a gross alien demon.
Fighting him off, he still hasn't found him. Then, he met his guide.
He...messed with his sanity. Big time.
So much, he actually turned evil. For a little.
All he ever wanted was to find his dog again...and now he's about to die.
Congrats Lore! Lore has his trusty stone axe, which can deflect projectiles, and gives him the ability to jump super high in the air and hit enemies.
Heck, he was able to hit aliens with just his axe!
But if jumping super high isn't enough, his axe can act like a kunai, being able to be thrown. But before it goes out of existance, Lore can take it back.
Even when it does miss, it comes back to him like a boomerang.
He's also an expert at Simon!
But when he travels to a different dimension, he gets the edgy anime character syndrome, which gives him a killer instinct.
But it sure gets healed easily.
And if the lore of Lore ever shows up...accuse the author of terrible jokes.
And to you, I say--

Frisk walked down Judgement Hall, expecting to see Sans. But wait, didn't he already kill him? Maybe it was Papyrus. He felt a rush of determination as his opponent stepped out of the darkness. He looked like Sans...but he was human. He had a green hoodie on instead of of blue one. But it wasn't Sans...he didn't teleport. He also didn't remember another human in the underground, but he sure looked like him. "Heya." said the figure. "So, I see you've been pretty busy lately. You know, uh...killing people and stuff? *nervous laugh* Uh...I just want you to know that I've been watching you do this, and, uh... *gulp* I-I know what you go through, to s-suddenly be controlled by a ghost, I-I mean...I-I've been there. You just gotta, you know, control it." said Lore, nervously. Silence broke out in Judgement Hall. Frisk drew his blood-soaked knife, as his hair covered his face. "Alright, alright...but, I won't go down as e-easily as the other guy..." he said, pulling on his neck part of the hoodie. But in the darkness of Frisk's face, a red eye glowed, quickly striking after.
Lore blocked it, then smiled. Frisk's blood boiled as he reminded him of Sans again.
The knife and axe made metal scratching noises as they're stuck together.
The arena flashes black and white, as a red heart appears in front of Frisk, and an orange and black heart appears in front of Lore.
Get ready for the assault! ENGAGE!!
Frisk started swiping faster and faster, but Lore just keeps blocking. Frisk gets angered as he steps back and swipes, causing a razor wave.
Lore's eyes widen as he reflects the hit, but he slides back a lot.
Now it was his turn.
As the wave turns back at Frisk, he dodges the attack by sidestepping, only to be greeted by a swift throw to the face.
Frisk ducks.
"Ha! You MISSED!" Said Chara. "Did I really?" asked Lore, as he raised an eyebrow. "Huh?" Frisk looked back, and saw an axe headed straight his way. Frisk simply swipes vertically to knock it out of his range. Lore catches the axe and also swipes vertically, but Frisk blocks the attack. "UGH! I've had ENOUGH!" growled Chara. Frisk jumps into the air as if he was about to unleash his super saiyan. His sweater turns yellow and lime green, his skin lighter, and one, big, creepy smile.
Lore instantly put his guard up, blocking the quick attack that came after. The break of the sound barrier causes the building to collapse.
Both fighters are stuck in rubble.
Chara quickly gets up, instantly digging up Lore.
But his hair is covering his face, as a red eye glows. His killer instinct was upon him.
Both fighters countered each other with their quick swipes, neither of them gaining the advantage or getting tired. DIE, DIE, DIE! Both of them thought as they tried to find an opening.
Their swipes get so fast, it breaks the sound barrier again.
When all of a sudden, Lore goes back to normal. He was able to hold off for a little, but soon, he felt his arm bleed. He let his guard down, as more of his body was sliced apart. Then finally, he was executed.
Frisk returned to normal, and put his knife away.
KO
...woah. Just...woah.
This battle was really one-sided. Frisk's real knife can kill anything in one hit, while Lore has to take two or three tries in order to take down an enemy. Plus, Lore's best accomplishment was defeating a giant alien slimy thing, but remember, Frisk killed Omega Flowey, who is obviously much worse.
Plus, Chara can move faster than most bullets!
Bring up the Wall of Nerds!

The only thing that Lore could've used to counter Chara was his killer instinct, but that's only for a limited time. Plus, Chara is scarily powerful. She's like the Brony or Doomsday or Hulk of Undertale. And I'm saying that including Sans, but Chara's sure as heck up there.
Lore was the losing CHARA-cter in this fight. Hey, at least I made it this time!
Ugh, the winner is Frisk.

We all know light is faster than sound. And we also know that Sonic exists, who can move at the speed of sound. Doing so causes a, no pun intended, sonic boom, which is technically a wave of gas molecules moving at fast speeds in all directions. By judging the speed of light, the sonic boom that Chara caused had to be enough to knock down THE ENTIRE BUILDING.
