This work is amazing. It really brings me back to when I played Pokémon Yellow with my cousins, using a link cable to trade Pokémon. I think Game Freak should really consider doing a Pokémon game in this art style. It would be neat if they did.

Wow. This...wow. The art style reminds me of something you'd see in a Paper Mario game (or Kirby's Epic Yarn), but prettier. The textures are absolutely gorgeous, I simply cannot get over them.

Also the scene is adorable. And I love that you used Ditto as it only seems to get used in art to make the breeding joke.

Oh my goodness how adorable! This reminds me of my early days of Pokemon, sitting with one of those link cables at school during the break Beautiful style, the cut-out effect looks so amazing and well done!

@Linkachu I drew each "paper" part out as a solid shape and then overlayed them with free textures from cgtextures.com, then added the shadows etc for the cutout effect :3

Wow. I've never seen a Pokemon picture quite like this before. The textures make it look three dimensional. How did you create this image? I can't even tell if it's digital artwork or something that you crafted by hand. It looks incredibly stylistic and lovely either way.

(This is quite possibly my new favourite image on the entire Corner. It's just so original. I can't stop staring at it... :x)
