At this point in the story, Noah Kaiba had been inprisoned inside Camelot’s Dungeon after he used his cards such as Guardian angel Joan to attack the kingdom. Enter Belowski, a Obelisk Blue seemingly in a constant state of high, who wandered his way in after becoming separated with his group.
Belowski spoke to Noah, saying that it was the universe that guided him Down there. Noah, frustrated and angry spoke that the universe had cursed him to his fate, and that he was down there in the first place because of it. Then suddenly, while Belowski was climbing the bars mid conversation, leaned on a badly rusted bar high up, breaking it and flopping upside down, hanging inside of the cage.
