Phantom Touch: This allows the pokemon to deal damage to another Ghost Type pokemon with Fighting types, the damage would be x0.5, if the foe is the same species as the attacker, then the attack will be x2, this also allows non-ghost foes to deal damage to the user of this ability with Fighting Type Moves, the damage would be x0.5 (Example Ectokwon uses Double Kick against Ghastly, the damage would be Not Very Effective, but if it Ectokwon uses Double Kick against another Ectokwon then, the attack would be Super Effective)
Pokedex entry: Ectokwon, the Korean Ghost Fighter, known by their lethal kicks and great speed, they use Hapkido techniques to dodge their opponents' moves and counter them with deadly Taekwondo kicks, they usually focus more on kicks than Hapkido locks.
They are usually calm, and wait for the exact moment to attack their foes or counter their opponents' attacks, if their trainer is very agressive while fighting, they will refuse to fight in their way, and escape.
When they fight against another Ectokwon, they disobey their trainer and their combat style becomes more agressive.
