So..quick ninjas. They take every situation with caution, and look awesome while doing it. Espio, the Chameleon.
And Sceptile, the Forest Pokemon!
I'm DopeLeafeon and he's Rotom, and we're to...uh...
What?
I just figured out...I've been copying Mewtwofan's intro this whole time...what about...personality, capabilities, and adaptability.
I would say yes, but all of those end in -ity.
Whatever! It'll do for now! I'm DopeLeafeon!
And I'm Rotom!
And this is Espio the Chameleon Vs. Sceptile.
SCEPTILE
In the Hoenn region, a beginner trainer must choose from three Pokemon: Torchic, Mudkip, and Treecko, but the canon choice for the male is Treecko.
Does that mean...?
Fine. This Sceptile will in fact be owned by Brendan. Which means TMs/HMs are allowed, and tutoring, and egg moves...blah blah blah. Which means we should start with Brendan.
Brendan is the champion of Hoenn, winning every single battle he comes across. He has also managed to capture Deoxys, Rayquaza, and Groudon. And, I think that's it. Rotom?
Back to Sceptile, it can climb walls, like a normal gecko, and like a normal ninja, it is capable of leaping from branch to branch.
The blades on Sceptile's foreleg and wrist are as sharp as swords, meaning its signature move, Leaf Blade, is made even more powerful. Speaking of power, Sceptile's highest stat is its Speed, at an outstanding 120. From top to bottom, that would be Special Attack (105), a tie between Special Defense and Attack (85), HP (70), and Defense (65). This means that Sceptile, without a doubt, will get the first move in this fight.
Sceptile is also pure Grass-Type, which means it's resistant against Ground-, Water-, Grass-, and Electric-type moves. However, it is weak to Flying-, Poison-, Bug-, Fire, and Ice-Type attacks.
Sceptile's moveset for this match will be Dual Chop, X-Scissor, Slam, and of course, Leaf Blade.
But wait...doesn't Brendan have a mega bracelet?
Oh, this'll be quite the ride...with enough bond power, with enough determination and strength, Brendan's Key Stone and Sceptile's Sceptilite will react to one another, creating Mega Sceptile. Mega Sceptile gains two more weaknesses: Dragon- and Fairy-Type moves, but gaining full-on IMMUNITY to Electric-Type moves. The reason for this is the addition of Mega Sceptile's Dragon-Typing. Mega Sceptile can also detach a part of its tail and use it as a homing shot. When it Mega Evolves, it gains more Special Attack, Speed, Attack, and Defense. And that's it for Sceptile. Rotom, to you!
Brendan: Sceptile, Leaf Blade!
Sceptile: Tile!
ESPIO THE CHAMELEON
A collected warrior works for the Chaotix Detective Agency. Espio is the calm one of the team, and helps them investigate crime scenes, and more. Like all of the other Sonic characters, Espio can use hop damage, the spindash, and more. Espio's accomplishments include battling his way through many challenges and missions, and he is the speedy one of the team, which means Espio can travel about the same speed as Sonic, who can go the speed of sound. The speed of sound s approximately 760 miles per hour, at sea level, at high temperature. This would be the speed of Sonic, but Chameleons are cold-blooded, which means Espio's speed will be reduced by a full hundred to 670. Still...that's fast. Espio, like a normal ninja, can use acrobatic jumps, can teleport, and can use karate chops capable of breaking metal. He's a powerhouse, too. He was able to withstand one of Sonic's homing attacks. And while he's teleporting, he can use a move called Leaf Swirl, where he brings up a gust of wind to blow away the opponent. And, like any Chameleon, Espio can climb on walls and camouflage. Espio can also hack into computers to find the resources or answers he needs. It isn't his specialty, but he's still pretty good at it. Another ninja skill he has is that he can use shuriken stars and kunai. If he attaches his kunai to a rope, he can use it as a grappling hook. He can also use the 7 Chaos Emeralds to turn into Super Espio. Espio looks like he's ready to go.
Espio: Roger that.
Alrighty, both fighters have been researched. It's time to see who would win a fight to the death. But who will get the home stage?
I think we should come up with something.
Hmmm...
Vector: Espio, ya hear me?
Espio: Loud and clear, Vector.
Vector: Great. There should be the last chaos emerald somewhere around where you are. You're the only one who can grab onto that thing quickly and silently. Good luck.
Charmy: We believe in you, Espio!
Espio: Roger that. I'll be back in no time. (walks to room where it should be)
(the last chaos emerald is being held captive in a capsule)
Espio: Perfect. Right where it should be.
???: There it is! The Red Orb!
???: Tile!
Espio: Hm?
Brendan: Hey! You! Why are you taking the Red Orb?!
Espio: Red Orb? This is a Chaos Emerald, fool!
Brendan: Stop trying to steal the Red Orb! We need that thing to keep our world in order!
Espio: We'll see who's stealing it!
Ready! FIGHT!
Espio: (throws shurikens)
Brendan: Sceptile, use Leaf Blade to deflect them!
Espio: Hm. Impressive. (teleports behind Sceptile and uses kunai attached to string and it wraps up Sceptile)
Oh no! Sceptile is paralyzed! It may be unable to move!
Brendan: Sceptile!
Espio: (teleports in front of Sceptile and uses shuriken)
(Sceptile is hit by Leaf Swirl and shuriken)
Sceptile: Tile! Tile!
Brendan: Leaf Blade!
(Sceptile uses Leaf Blade to cut out of rope, then runs to attack)
Espio: (uses acrobatics to dodge every slice)
(Sceptile takes a low sweep, and Espio jumps)
(Espio spins and attacks Sceptile's head)
Espio: Hmph. I expected more from a ninja.
Sceptile: Kr!
Brendan: Sceptile! I know you can win this! I believe in you! (Key Stone in Mega Bracelet starts to glow)
Sceptile's Sceptilite is reacting to Brendan's Mega Bracelet!
(a force of energy surrounds Sceptile)
Brendan: I know we can win! Sceptile...Mega Evolve!
(rush of energy makes Espio teleport behind cover)
Sceptile: Tiiilllle!
Sceptile mega evolved into Mega Sceptile!
Espio: Don't expect me to let my guard down! (throws shuriken)
Sceptile: (uses tail to knock out of way, then detaches end of tail)
Espio: (eyes widen) That looks like a homing shot! (lol anyone get that reference?) (dodges)
Brendan: Use Leaf Blade!
(Sceptile's wrists and forelegs sharpen)
(Leaf Blade's slices are now quicker and harder to dodge)
Espio: (manages to dodge enough so he can get his kunai back)
Sceptile: (causes destruction in the lab)
Espio: (attaches kunai to rope)
Brendan: Sceptile! Quick! Use Dual Chop!
Espio: Too late! (swings around Sceptile, paralyzing him)
(once Espio reaches the most he can use, he jumps to the ceiling and jumps off again in spin attack)
(Sceptile is stunned by spin attack)
(Espio grabs the end of the rope with the kunai on it, and sticks it into Sceptile's head)
(Sceptile's head starts bleeding)
Sceptile fainted!
Brendan blacked out!
(Espio grabs everything and puts it back in his arsenal)
Espio: Piece of cake. (grabs emerald and leaves)
K.O.!
Woah...that was the bloodiest battle you've done!
Indeed. Both fighters were fighting for the thing that keeps their world in balance, and they needed to take each other out, even if it meant death. So, why did Espio win? Well, it was appearant that Leaf Blade was the only move that Brendan could trust for quick and easy damage. Once Espio had gotten used to the move, Espio could win the battle with no problem. Even MEGA Sceptile couldn't stand a chance against Espio's set of moves. Gotta admit though, Espio looked awesome during those final seconds.
I guess Sceptile was just too triggered.
Hey, I'm DopeLeafeon...
And I'm Rotom!
And the winner of this match is Espio the Chameleon.
Hey! You there! Check out a sneak peek for the next Video Games Vs. Pokemon!
