Eli and Veon

RenzFlintrock @Eliiiscool requested that I draw his OC, Eli Kovich and his partner Veon the Sylveon. So here it is! I had serious trouble at first, but eventually I was able to make it look acceptable. Sat!Eli was supposed to be in the picture as well, but I got fed up. I had a lot of trouble getting Sylveon to work as well, so when I made it look recognizable but a bit too small I decided to be done.
