Thiiiiiis is a joke probably no one who isn't familiar with German TV is familiar with.
Basically, I pokefied the characters from the German children educational shows "Die Sendung mit der Maus" and "Die Sendung mit dem Elefanten" (eng.: "The screening with the mouse" and "The screening with the elephant").
