Dewtata

Apparently this is a thing now, I believe. It's a Dewtata, (Dewgong mixed with Rattata).

Dewtata: the water mouse Pokeman.

Type: Water-Fairy

This Pokeman runs around all about, especially in areas near water or damp. It fools it's enemies with it's cute baby eyes.
