Eeveechu: ...alright, just put that there, lock that into there, and we should be ready to test-
Mewtwo: Hey, John? What are you doing?
Eeveechu: Oh, I'm just testing out the new contraption I ordered. It's a multiversal scanning device.
Mewtwo: Multiversal...? What would you need that for?
Eeveechu: Well, if all goes well this should allow us to get our research done far quicker. And God knows we'll need to get research done quickly for Sepulchure vs Nightmare!
Pain: THE HYPE IS REAL!
Mewtwo: Alright, makes sense. How much did that cost?
Eeveechu: Oh, not that much. Just a few thousand dollars.
Mewtwo: ...you can afford that...?
Eeveechu: Oh, hell no! I paid for it with Fanta's savings.
Fantasma: BOI YOU DID WHAT NOW?!
Eeveechu: i may need to use my secret bunker soon
Mewtwo: May isn't now - it's September! You gonna use that?
Eeveechu: As soon as I finish setting it up. It's a delicate process - one screw out of place and this could all go kablammo.
Peridot: Oh, hey guys. Whatcha doi- *trips over cord, yanking it out*
Eeveechu: WHY?!
*the multiversal scanning device begins to go crazy*
Mewtwo: WHAT IS HAPPENING
Pain: *screams bloody murder*
*the multiversal scanning device fires a laser that opens a portal in the wall, and a guy falls out with a rotom*
Rotom: HAHAHAH! You got owned!
DopeLeafeon: Ow... what just...?
Eeveechu: Uh... did the machine I just bought fire a portal to an alternate dimension and bring through... a man and a Rotom...?
Mewtwo: I think it did.
Eeveechu: What does this mean...?
Mewtwo: Lemme check something. Uh, hello sir. Are you a fan of organizing Pokemon-involved dog fights?
DopeLeafeon: Oh, yeah! All the time!
Mewtwo: CROSSOVER TIME, BOYS!
Eeveechu: Uh, sure, I guess that can work.
Peridot: Why not? Let's do it?
Mewtwo: Cool. What do you think, Pain?
Pain: *still screaming bloody murder*
Mewtwo: ...I'll take that as a yes. What's your next battle, man-from-another-dimension?
DopeLeafeon: Well, I was planning to organize a battle between all eight of Eevee's evolutions.
Mewtwo: Cool, we'll help! John?
Eeveechu: Research computers ready, captain! Typing apparatuses prepared! We have officially entered Pokemon Death Battle mode!
Mewtwo: Awesome! Peridot?
Peridot: The drones have been sent out to capture the Eeveelutions now!
Mewtwo: Perfect! Pain?
Pain: *STILL SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER*
Sismic: MY EARS ARE BLEEDING
DopeLeafeon: ...is he always like this?
Mewtwo: He'll stop eventually. Anyways, let's get to talking business, mister...?
DopeLeafeon: DopeLeafeon470, head of Outsiders vs Pokemon and ASSAULT!
Rotom: And I'm his trusty partner, Rotom!
Mewtwo: Awesome! I'm Mewtwofan259, creator of the Pokemon Death Battles. These here are my collaborators - Lord Of Pain, PeridotPikipek and Eeveechu151.
Eeveechu: I'm also the head of the other series we make here, Clash of Code, which features me, Trenton, Pain, Il Fantasma and SismicFlareCharmander.
Peridot: And it's out job to analyze their Movepools, Stats, and abilities to find out who would win, a Death Battle.
Mewtwo: Hey, that's my line!
Peridot: Whatever!
Pain: *STILL SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER*
Eeveechu: Let's get the research started before Pain breaks our eardrums.
DopeLeafeon: I've noticed something about your battles.
Mewtwo: Yeah?
Rotom: You always copy and Paste stuff from Bulbapedia!
Mewtwo: It's easy...
DopeLeafeon: How about we do this my style?
Mewtwo: That's fair.
DopeLeafeon: Alright! LET'S DO THIS!
Rotom: Let's start with Flareon!
DopeLeafeon: Flareon, the Flame Pokémon, and the Fire Type Eeveelution!
Rotom: Though not the fan favorite, you shouldn't underestimate this one. With Flash Fire as its ability, Flareon can Burn you if you do so much as touch it. I've always wondered how that works...
Mewtwo: Eh, don't ask. Flareon stores heat in a sac on its neck, harnessing this power to breathe power. These Flames are hot, too! Sometimes clocking out at as high as 3,100 Degrees F!
Pain: Flareon can also raise its body temperature. Though the official limit of this body heat raising power is unknown, most sources have it as around 1,600 Degrees F.
Eeveechu: Flareon's stats round out at 525, having 60 Defense, 65 Speed and HP, 95 Special Attack, 110 Special Defense, and 130 Attack.
Peridot: They gave lots of attack to a Special Pokémon? I won't question what Game Freak was thinking... But being a fire type, Flareon is weak to Ground, Rock, and Water, as well as being resistant to Bug, Steel, Fire, Grass, Ice, and Fairy.
DopeLeafeon: We decided to use my style of movesets, as we felt more than 4 would be more entertaining with 8 Combatants. Well, we debated putting Eevee in, but... Nah.
Rotom: We've given Flareon Scary Face, Flare Blitz, Lava Plume, Fire Spin, Fire Fang, Ember, Smog, and Bite!
Mewtwo: Looking at internal abilities, Flareon can spit fireballs and streams of fire.
Pain: Am I allowed to ask what Flareon is supposed to be? The rest of the Eeveelutions are clearly cats, but this one.... Eh?
Eeveechu: Here at Death Battle, we try and analyze every canon aspect of a Pokémon. And the ones we found for Vaporeon were just... Simply Just.
Peridot: With its Beautiful Mermaid Tail and it's questionable Side Fins, Vaporeons are often mistaken for Mermaids.
DopeLeafeon: This Water-Type Eeveelution is no pushover! Having the ability water absorb which makes it immune to water attacks. If hit by one, Vaporeon will gain HP.
Rotom: Maybe this has something to do with the fact that Vaporeon can literally turn. Into. WATER MOLOCULES, AND MELT INTO THE WATER!
Mewtwo: Yes, Vaporeon's body is largely made up of atoms similar to Water Molucules, allowing it to become a puddle of water whenever it wants.
Pain: I question Pokémon Science...
Mewtwo: We all do.
Pain: Vaporeon has 60 Defense, 65 Speed and Attack, 95 Special Defense, 115 Special Attack, and 130 HP. Now THAT's how you make an Eeveelution.
Eeveechu: And we've given them the moves Aqua Ring, Haze, Water Gun, Scald, Muddy Water, Charm, Hydro Pump, and Aurora Beam.
Pain: Aqua Ring. Aqua Ring! AQUA RING! You have ruined my competitive days, Vaporeon!
Peridot: Vaporeon has only 2 Weaknesses, Grass and Electric. They also resist Steel, Fire, Water, and Ice. They can attack with Blobs of Water and Bubbles that slow Pokémon Down.
DopeLeafeon: Science isn't even real anymore. Bubbles slow Pokémon Down? Really?!
Rotom: Electric Types. They're awesome!
Mewtwo: That's the best opener you can up with?
Rotom: Look into my eyes, and tell me what you see.
Pain: Anyway, Jolteon, the electric Type Eeveelution, and the Speedy one of the bunch.
Eeveechu: 60 Defense, 65 HP and Attack, 95 Special Defense, 110 Special Attack, and 130 Speed.
Peridot: Electric is an understatement. Similar to Flareon's sac, Jolteon can store electric energy and fire it out later, creating a sparking sound whenever it's in their body.
DopeLeafeon: Jolteon's fur can even Amplify the charges. Which may give a reason to why it can absorb Electricity and turn it into HP.
Rotom: So Jolteon can use Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shadow Ball, Charge, Screech, Pin Missile, and Charm.
Mewtwo; Jolteon only has 1 Weakness, Ground, and 2 Resistances, Flying and Steel.
Pain: Jolteon's lightning can get up to 10,000 volts, and it can harness negative ions.
Eeveechu: Let's not forget the best part about Jolteon. Their Japanese name. 'Thunders.'... Why?
Peridot: The creature of the night, the poisoned enemy, the master of Karate, that... is Umbreon.
DopeLeafeon: John mentioned Jolteon's Japanese name, but can we take a moment to appreciate Umbreon's? 'Blacky.' ...
Rotom: Japanese people are simpletons.
DopeLeafeon: But Nintendo originated in Japan, so their name is the original one...
Rotom: There are no words.
Mewtwo: Back to the topic at hand, if you see Umbreon's yellow rings glowing in the night, you better run. Umbreon is a strategist, being able to spray a poison sweat.
Pain: Its ability is Synchronize, which will give the status condition a Pokémon inflicted upon you to that Pokémon as well.
Eeveechu: We've given Umbreon the moves Moonlight, Confuse Ray, Feint Attack, Assurance, Pursuit, Screech, Mean Look, and Quick Attack.
Peridot: Umbreon is a Defensive Wall, 60 Special Attack, 65 Speed and Attack, 95 HP. 110 Defense, and 130 Special Defense. It is even rumored that Umbreon can release Dark Pulses that make Pokémon Tired.
DopeLeafeon: Umbreon is also the most brutal of the Eeveelutions. It'll hide in the shadows until its prey appears. When it comes, Umbreon will go for the throat and eat its prey.
Rotom: ...Excuse me while I puke.
Mewtwo: Being a Dark type, Umbreon is immune to Psychic attacks, weak to Fighting, Bug, and Fairy attacks, and resistant to Ghost and Dark.
Pain: Immune to Psychic? If we had known that when Umbreon vs Espeon came out, it would've made things a lot easier!
Eeveechu: Speaking of Espeon...
Peridot: You may recall we once did an Umbreon vs Espeon battle. Umbreon came out on top. But, don't let that change anything. The Pink Psychic cat is a formidable foe.
DopeLeafeon: Espeon has evolved to want to protect its trainer at all costs. Rumors say that's why they have their psychic powers.
Rotom: The gem on their head is the source of these powers. They include predicting their opponents moves, reading minds, and being a weatherman. That's not a joke.
Mewtwo: Espeon has the same ability as their counterpart, Umbreon. But Espeon is a Fast Special Wall, with 60 Defense, 65 Attack and HP, 95 Special Defense, 110 Speed, and 130 Special Attack.
Pain: It makes use of this quick speed with the moves Confusion, Psybeam, Future Sight, Psychic, Power Swap, Dazzling Gleam, Morning Sun, and Swift.
Eeveechu: Unlike its counterpart, Espeon is a Psychic Type. Being weak to Bug, Ghost, and Dark, and resistant to Fighting and Psychic.
Mewtwo: ....
Peridot: You okay?
Mewtwo, just thinking about our old battles. And about Robo...
Peridot: It's okay, you have us now!
Mewtwo: Yes, you're right. And Dope's here now, for a crossover! I have no idea why...
Peridot: While not making use of the Leaf Stone, Leafeon-
DopeLeafeon: This is my department. I can handle this one.
Rotom: Whatever you say, pal...
DopeLeafeon: Nerd Mode, ACTIVATE! Let's talk about Leafeon, the COOLEST Eeveelution! With a fragrance of fallen leaves and the ability Leaf Guard, which protects from status conditions in the sun, Leafeon is AWESOME! It's powers are the best of any Eeveelution. Y'know, Can preform Photosynthesis to purify the air while asleep, and have dinner at the same time! What's better, is that Leafeon's a pacifist. While they have to fight to the Death with their siblings, Leafeon still prefers not to fight. But why shouldn't they with moves like Grass Whistle, Giga Drain, Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade, Magical Leaf, Synthesis, Sunny Day, or Last Resort?! They have stats to back it up, too! They're a Physical Wall, 60 Special Attack, 65 Special Defense and HP, 95 Speed, 110 Attack, and 130 Defense! While Leafeon does have its fair share of weaknesses, being Flying, Poison, Bug, Fire, and Ice, its resistances to Ground, Water, Grass, and Electric make up for it! Combined with Leafeon's special power to slow Pokémon by creating bines around itself, Leafon is clearly the best. But, you know, I'm not biased.
Peridot; Now that Dope's little speech is over, we can get onto Glaceon, the far more beautiful counterpart to Leafeon.
DopeLeafeon: Hey... But, Glaceon is cool, as well. It can raise its evasion with the ability Snow Cloak, and lower its body heat to any temperature.
Rotom: This can make Glaceon's fur icicles, which they can fire at their opponent or charge at them with the icicles like thorny armor.
Mewtwo: Glaceon is an Ice Type, being weak to Fighting, Rock, Steel, and Fire, while only being resistant to ice.
Pain: Glaceon doesn't really care about their type. I mean, with moves like Hail, Blizzard, Refresh, Yawn, Ice Beam, Aqua Tail, Mirror Coat, and Icy Wind, who would?
Eeveechu: Here's something we haven't really seen before. Glaceon has 60 Attack, 65 HP and Speed, 95 Special Defense, 110 Defense, and 130 Special Attack.
Peridot: Can I go off on a tangent for a second? These Pokémon Ranger abilities are so stupid out of context. I mean... 'It shoots hunks of ice that make Pokémon Stopped.' What?!
DopeLeafeon: Lastly, and certainly not least, we have the bane of all competitive players... Right Pain?
Pain: So... Salty...
DopeLeafeon: The Fairy Type! Or more specifically, the Fairy Type Eeveelution, Sylveon.
Rotom: Seems to be a clash of a bunch of other Pokémon. It has the calming aurora of Meganium, the connection with its trainer of Espeon, but, it has ribbons, so, who cares.
Mewtwo: These Ribbons are used to distract prey when it attacks. Perhaps with Hyper Beam, Moonblast, Draining Kiss, Psychock,, Reflect, Calm Mind, Quick Attack, or Stored Power.
Pain: Sylveon's Stats leave it as a Special Glass Cannon. 60 Speed, 65 Attack and Defense, 95 HP, 110 Special Attack, and 130 Special Defense.
Eeveechu: Being a Fairy Type, Sylveon is weak to Poison and Steel, while being Resistant to Fighting, Bug, and Dark.
Peridot: Fairy Types are always getting in the way of your plans. Be it Central Game, Postgame, Metagame, Competitive, those Clods ruin everything...
DopeLeafeon: Sylveon's ability is Cute Charm. This means that a Pokémon who hits it may fall in love with it. It probably won't work on Peridot though...
Peridot: Clod Clod Clod Clod Clod Clod CLOD!
Mewtwo: Alright, the combatants are set.
Pain: And the Comments are Noted.
Eeveechu: Let's end this debate once and for all!
Peridot: It's time for a Death Battle!
DopeLeafeon: And an Assault!
Rotom: Here we go!
(It's an arena, right in the middle of nowhere)
(In the arena, there's thousands of fans)
(In the middle, there are 8 Doors on 8 Sides of the arena)
(All of them open up, an Eeveelution coming out of each of them)
(They all walk to the middle, and start doing their own thing)
(Their shock collars activate, and they're brutally shocked.)
(The Crowd Cheers, as the Eeveelutions prepare for battle)
FIGHT!
(Jolteon charges up their electricity, growling)
(They use Thunderbolt, it lands right on Sylveon)
(Sylveon shakes it off, and starts running around in circles)
(Espeon's red orb glows as they hit Glaceon with a Confusion)
(Leafeon runs over and hits Espeon with a Leaf Blade, knocking them off to the side)
(Glaceon gets up, eyeing Jolteon)
(They shoot an Ice Beam out of their mouth, hitting Jolteon square in the forehead)
(Umbreon sees Leafeon, and hides in the shadows)
(They run out and Bite Leafeon)
(Umbreon is knocked away by a Scald from Vaporeon)
(Flareon eyes the water Eeveelution, and runs forward, Flare Blitzing)
(Both Vaporeon and Flareon are knocked back)
(Sylveon stops running, and sees the injured Flareon)
(They take their chance, running towards Flareon and using Moonblast)
(Flareon falls over, and Umbreon waltzes over.)
(They take a huge chunk out of Flareon's neck, and eat them)
K.O!
(The crowd cheers as Flareon's picture is crossed out on the scoreboard)
(Jolteon shrugs off the ice that was just blasted at his face, and takes this moment to rest)
(Espeon sees Jolteon, charging forward)
(Jolteon Screeches, distracting Espeon and lowering their defense.)
(Espeon shakes their head, and uses Psybeam, throwing Jolteon off balance)
(Leafeon sees Vaporeon, and uses their chance)
(Leafeon creates Magical Leaves, tossing them at Vaporeon)
(Vaporeon turns into a puddle, Leafeon looks confused, and walks out)
(Vaporeon re-appears behind Leafeon, using Aurora Beam)
(Leafeon is hit in the back of their head, and their Attack is lowered)
(Umbreon finishes munching on Flareon and watches the fight)
(Glaceon sees Umbreon and uses Icy Wind)
(Umbreon is hit, but immediately heals back up with Moonlight)
(Sylveon hides, and raises their stats with Calm Mind)
(Vaporeon comes back up, out of the puddle, and tries to attack Glaceon)
(Icicles come out of Glaceon's body, blocking the attack)
(The icicles fly out of Glaceon and hit Vaporeon in the neck)
(Glaceon then retracts the icicles, and presses up against Vaporeon, lowering their body temperature)
(Vaporeon's entire body and their organs turn into ice)
(More icicles sprout on Glaceon, and they charge forward, smashing into Vaporeon, and shattering them)
K.O!
(Vaporeon's picture is crossed out on the scoreboard)
(Sylveon uses Quick Attack, tackling Jolteon to the floor)
(Jolteon bounces back quick, running out of the way of Sylveon)
(Sylveon chuckles, but then they're hit by another Quick Attack, this one from Umbreon)
(Jolteon leans in the corner before throwing a Shadow Ball, it hits Glaceon)
(Espeon looks around, and uses Psychic)
(It hits Umbreon, but it doesn't do anything)
(Leafeon summons razor leaves, throwing them at Espeon, who's standing in the middle of the arena)
(Leafeon looks back to the corner, where Glaceon is waiting)
(Glaceon uses Hail, creating a storm that'll Buffet the whole rest of the Eeveelutions)
(Espeon comes up behind Leafeon, and grabs them with their Psychic Powers)
(Espeon holds Leafeon in the air, and tares them apart, limb by limb)
(They drop the 6 Pieces of Leafeon's Body to the ground, their eyes glowing red)
K.O!
(The scoreboard crosses out Leafeon. You could hear DopeLeafeon's Scream of Agony a Mile Away)
(Jolteon continues to hide in the Shadows.)
(It uses charge, continuing to watch the fight)
(Espeon throws Swift stars at Sylveon, hitting them in the back)
(Glaceon jumps out and tries to Aqua Tail Espeon)
(Espeon predicts this and hops out of the way)
(Umbreon and Sylveon lock eyes)
(Umbreon uses Pursuit, smacking Sylveon)
(Sylveon looks back up at Umbreon and growls)
(Sylveon waves their ribbons around)
(They distract Umbreon, long enough for Sylveon to use Draining Kiss)
(Sylveon is healed, and Umbreon falls to the ground, injured)
(Sylveon grabs Umbreons neck with her ribbons)
(They strangle Umbreon, before showing off their battle trophy to the crowd)
K.O!
(As Umbreon is crossed off the scoreboard, Jolteon walks out of the shadows)
(Sylveon drops Umbreon's lifeless body and turns around to see Jolteon)
(Sylveon is blasted in the face with a Thunder)
(They are thrown against the wall)
(Sylveon gets back up and shakes their head, turning back towards the other Eeveelutions)
(Espeon uses Dazzling Gleam, knocking Glaceon off to the side)
(Glaceon gets up, and uses Blizzard on their attacker)
(Espeon is Frozen, they just stand there, a statue)
(Sylveon jumps through the air, doing a backflip and landing in front of Joleton)
(Sylveon uses a big Hyper Beam, which hits Jolteon point blank, sending them flying backwards.)

(They see Sylveon hurt, and take their chance)
(Jolteon puts one paw on Sylveon, and transfer a bunch of electricity into Sylveon)
(Sylveon's heart completely stops)

MAGEARNA
Hey, thanks for reading! This battle was super fun to make. Teaming up with @DopeLeafeon470 was just amazing, and I think it turned out great. Go check him out if you haven't, great guy! Special Thanks to my Collaborators, @Lord Of Pain, @Eeveechu151, and @PeridotPikipek. @Il Fantasma and @SismicFlareCharmander were mentioned, but never featured in the battle. Check them out, too! And be sure to check out our Sister Series, Clash of Code, on Eeveechu's Profile. Also, pay attention to my profile, because soon, I'll be revealing Magearna's opponent. See you next Time!

Why?
Pain: So...

(As medical teams help Jolteon, the crowd erupts into a fit of cheering as confetti rains down)
K.O!
Mewtwo: I've never been more brutal in my life.
Pain: This took a while to decide, but we're confident we made the right decision.
Eeveechu: Flareon was clearly out first. We mentioned how they gave Attack investment to a Fire Type, but they really couldn't last long in this fight. Vaporeon was stacked against them, and really, the only Pokémon who it could do anything to were Leafeon and Glaceon, who had Superior Stat Distributions and abilities.
Peridot: Next to go was Vaporeon. They didn't have anything special that could keep them in this fight. Plus, it didn't have they type advantage against a single other Eeveelution, and Leafeon and Jolteon just cancelled it out too well.
DopeLeafeon: *Sniffle.* Leafeon... Well... I guess it also couldn't stay in the fight any longer because of its lack of special abilities and its type disadvantage... Why did it have to be so brutal?
Rotom: Oh, grow up! Umbreon went next. While they were a strategist, and had that Poison Sweat that we didn't use, as well as a type advantage over Espeon, in a 4 Pokémon Fight, Espeon could outclass Umbreon when paired with a Pokémon like Sylveon who has they type advantage or Jolteon who's faster.
Mewtwo: Espeon could predict their opponents moves. That's why they were able to last so long. Their Special Attack was incredible, but it couldn't match Sylveon's Special Defense or Glaceon's just as good Special Attack. Espeon simply couldn't last any longer with their low Special Defense, at least compared to the other combatants left at this point.
Pain: Sylveon is good. Really good. There's a reason it made it to the top 3. Our original draft had Sylveon winning! But there's something to consider. Glaceon's Special Attack matched Sylveon's Special Defense. But not only was Sylveon Slow, but Glaceon and Jolteon had better movepools to take on Sylveon.
Eeveechu: It was a really tough case deciding between Glaceon and Jolteon. But, it simply came down to Science.
Peridot: Glaceon could lower their body temperature and create icicles. Simply put, they could defeat Vaporeon, and most of the other combatants with this. But not Jolteon.
DopeLeafeon: Jolteon can get electricity up to 10,000 Volts. 1 Volt is enough to kill a grown human if it has an amplifier. Not only is Jolteon's fur an amplifier, but the Eeveelutions are smaller and have less mass than humans.
Rotom: And electricity of that level can spark fires. I think it's clear that the winner here is Jolteon. See, Electric types ARE awesome! Thanks for having us!
Mewtwo: You're welcome. And tell us if you ever want to crossover again!
