According to Pokemon Sun and Moon, Mega Lucario differs greatly from normal form. Mega Lucario doesn't care about its opponent, but rather, to kill it. Mercilessly.

If you haven't seen Meta Knight Vs. Lucario, go see that first, so you'll better understand what's happening, because Lucario will have the same moveset as before. Now onto its stats! Mega Lucario's Attack stat is its most powerful stat at 145, Special Attack at 140, Speed at 112...
Dang, that's specific...
Yep, Defense at 88, also very specific, and Special Defense and HP at 70. If I were you, I'd definitely stay away from a Lucario with a Mega Stone.

It's the same thing. Just...Galaxia's silver now.

Master Hand: ...I think this needs more...merciless fights, per say. More violence, more bloodbath. Lucario Vs. Meta Knight was way too...not entertaining...and if I can bring together a bunch of worlds, what will digging through a few worlds do? Crazy Hand?

Mega Lucario: (uses Bone Rush)
(fast-paced sword duel)
Dark Meta Knight (jumps into the air and flips with sword)
Mega Lucario: (moves out of the way, then attacks)
Dark Meta Knight: (fast slashes)
Mega Lucario: (blocks them all and charges up Aura Sphere)
Dark Meta Knight: No! (stabs)
(Mega Lucario tricks Dark Meta Knight and swaps out Aura Sphere for Bone Rush)
(another fast-paced sword duel)
Mega Lucario: (uses Bone Rush again to use on both hands)
(no problem for Dark Meta Knight)
Crazy Hand: UgH, tHiS iS sOoOoOo BoRiNg!
Master Hand: If that is the case, allow me to spice things up a bit for you. (summons Smash Ball)
Mega Lucario: !
Dark Meta Knight: !
(they both dash after it)
(Mega Lucario gets it)
Dark Meta Knight: NO! (stabs to get back)
Mega Lucario: (uses Bone Rush to block) Watch the power! (jumps into the air and uses Aura Blast)
Dark Meta Knight: (uses Dimensional Cape)
Mega Lucario: Urrrrgh! (breaks through dimensional cape)
Dark Meta Knight: Ungh!
Mega Lucario: (uses Bone Rush and stabs through mask)
K.O.!

...well, that was violent.

Uh, yeah...so Dark Meta Knight and Mega Lucario were both equal in strength and defense, but then Master Hand summoned the Smash Ball, and Mega Lucario got it. Mega Lucario only slightly outspeeds Dark Meta Knight, but if neither of them made one tiny wrong move, they were done for. Besides, in the anime, Mega Lucario beat pretty much every trainer he came across. Dark Meta Knight, on the other hand, lost. Twice. And while two is a small number, it can really make difference when you're going up against someone who won almost every battle it came across!
Looks like Dark Meta Knight got Lucariowned!
