Cloudeon is a flying type evolution of Eevee. It evolves by high friendship plus holding a Pretty Feather (wing) these can be found at traveling Air merchants. These pokemon are white like a cloud, but when angry will turn into a dark shade of grey. The pokemon has the largest ears of any eeveelution and some say that's how they fly. They have sky blue eyes and have a fluffy coat due to them being part cloud.
