This is Chione Ai. She is a trainer that specialises in Ice-Type Pokemon.

Fun Facts!
-Chione was actually based off of a Glaceon that was given to me by a friend under the same nickname.
-Chione has a younger sister who specialises in Fairy-Types (I need to start finishing up her design ┻━┻ ︵ヽ(`▭´)ﾉ︵ ┻━┻).
