With all the new fighters coming into Smash Ultimate, I wanted to tell you guys about some fighters I'd LOVE to see coming into Smash. Well, no more waiting, let's go!
Miles "Tails" Prower (Sonic the Hedgehog)
The Sonic the Hedgehog series needs more characters in Smash. So far all we have is Sonic.
Tails can't be an Echo Fighter, because he has a fair amount of original moves. Some of his aerial attacks and ground attacks could be him manipulating his two tails to attack. His Specials could even be references to things like Sonic the Fighters or Sonic Battle! There's a lot of possibilities for possible movesets for Tails.
Captain Toad (Super Mario)
With Captain Toad Treasure Tracker recently being ported over to the Switch, there's a lot of possibility for Captain Toad. Heck, he could just use stuff from that game as his moveset! Like the Pickaxe or far more. His Final Smash could even have the Starshroom included in it! Captain Toad would seriously be a great addition to the roster.
Incineroar (Pokemon)
No, I am not just saying he can get into Smash just because he's my favourite Gen 7 starter. Well, it's true, but.. Anyway.
Incineroar is practically MADE to be in Smash. Just look at him! He also has a large variety of moves you can choose from, and if he manages to make it in, his Final Smash could be his Z-Move, Malicious Moonsault. Sorry Decidueye and Primarina, but Incineroar is seriously the likeliest here.
Claus (MOTHER)
YES YES YES. I would LOVE to have this boy in Smash. Not only does the MOTHER series not get enough love from Nintendo, we only have 2 Mother fighters! This guy would make the perfect character. He could be an Echo Fighter of Lucas, but he also has a few original moves in Mother 3, such as PK Love, shots, shields, and way more.
Viridi (Kid Icarus)
The Kid Icarus series doesn't have much love either. Sure, Kid Icarus Uprising, but.. We need more Kid Icarus fighters in here! That's why Viridi would be the perfect choice as an Echo Fighter of Palutena, since the special moves she can give Pit are the exact same as Palutena's in Uprising.
Kat and Ana (WarioWare)
Even though I'm not too familiar with the WarioWare series, Kat and Ana are my favourite characters in the series, right besides Ashley (But she's deconfirmed). The two ninjas used to be Assist Trophies, but.. All of a sudden, they're gone.
Kat and Ana have amazing potential if they could become Smash Bros. fighters. They're ninjas, so they could use things like shurikens and smoke bombs. And they're also very fast, so they could make speedy characters.
Octolings (Splatoon)
With the recent addition of Inklings to the roster, it's safe to say that I think that Octolings would be great Echo Fighters. The Octo Expansion just came out (Giving them much higher chances), and they could perhaps use the Octo Shot and/or other Octo weapons as their weapons. One of the alternate costumes could even be based off of Agent 8!
And, my most wanted newcomer, is...
Bandana Dee (Kirby)
Oh, where do I even begin? Bandana Dee is a great character who has amazing potential when it comes to being in Smash. He has a spear to fight, and he even has a blue parasol which he can use to fight against others! Plus, he's the only character from the main Kirby squad (Kirby, Meta Knight, and King Dedede) that has yet to make any appearances in Smash Bros. He's also VERY highly-requested, and you all know what happened to K. Rool, Ridley, Dark Samus, and Simon..
