Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Heroes of the Kingdom: Chapter One: The Prophecy of Poros

(A bunch of Pelipper fly by)
(The camera zooms down onto a region)
Once upon a time, there was a kingdom called Poros.
Raichu: How are you today, my good man?
Electrode: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-
Poros had riches, food, fresh water and everything a kingdom needs.
So quite obviously, other kingdoms try to take them for their own.
Dusknoir: ATTAAAACK!
Gardevoir: Somebody, please help!
Luckily, a powerful knight guard stood in the way of all who stood in theirs!
Poros Knight Guard (PKG): To arms, comrades!
Gallade: Stay back! I'll handle this! (uses Dual Chop)
A handsome Gallade.
Charmeleon: Outta the way! (uses Scratch on everything)
A young but playful Charmeleon.
Leafeon: You have much to learn, Charmeleon! (uses Leaf Blade on everything)
A quick Leafeon.
Gengar: Teehee...such easy targets... (uses Dark Pulse)
And a spooky Gengar. But the most powerful and feared Pokemon of all, a collected Lucario.
Lucario: I call upon the power of AURA! (uses Aura Sphere)
Leafeon: Nice shot, Lucario!
Pawniward: Sir, they brought out the Lucario!
Dusknoir: Very well. RETREAT!
Nothing stood in the PKG's way, so nothing stood in theirs. Until one day, an evil force ravaged on all the kingdoms.
Mewtwo: Muahaha!
PKG: To arms, comrades!
Not even the Poros Knight Guard could protect the world.
Charmeleon: I can't handle them! There's too many!
Gallade: I can't either!
Leafeon: Lucario, help us!
Lucario: I can't, they're too bulky!
Gengar: Don't tell me...
Lucario: It's the only way. RETREAT!
That was the day everyone overestimated the Poros Knight Guard's skill. So they hid away. Before leaving, Lucario forged a star called the Star of Life, and contacted Arceus.
Arceus: WHAT IS YOUR WISH.
Lucario: I wish nothing but to give strong fighters a chance. I forged this star in hopes of defeating Mewtwo. Use this star's power on two siblings, who trust each other, and can save this world from chaos. The Knight Guard and I cannot do it alone. You are the only one I trust to put it in good hands.
Arceus: ...VERY WELL.
Lucario: You have my thanks, Lord Arceus.
The Poros Kingdom was buried due to Mewtwo's force, and a new town was built on top of it. What became of the kingdom? Only few remain who know. And now we come face-to-face with our two heroes.
(the camera zooms out)
POKEMON MYSTERY DUNGEON:
HEROES OF THE KINGDOM
"Do we HAVE to go, mom?" asked Zek. "Of course you do! Grandpa could be DYING for all you know!" replied Flaaffy. "But he's soooo boring!" said Zodiac. "No buts!" said Flaaffy. Zek and Zodiac rolled their eyes. What's a Zorua and a Shinx to do on such a boring trip? "Here's his house!" said Flaaffy. Flaaffy opened the door excitedly. "Ampharos!" she cried. "Oh, hello, Flaaffy! It's been a while!"

After that, it was just a boring greeting...and Zek and Zodiac got a present. It was an old book with scribble writing. Zek and Zodiac read it until night, since that's what their mother made them do. After a day of reading, they finished it. "Man...this Poros place seems pretty cool." said Zek. "Yeah, we should try to go on an adventure of our own!" said Zodiac, sliding open the window. "And so, the new members of the Poros Knight Guard slid off of a dangerous cliff, dodging spikes easily!" he slid down the roof of the house. Zek followed. "The two strong knights fought Mewtwo's forces with ease! Even Lucario was in awe!" the boys walked into the woods, using their imaginations.
One Mystery Dungeon later...
"Uh...Zodiac? What's that?" asked Zek. Zodiac looked over and saw a purple cloud. "Simple! It's a--" he was interrupted by a bolt of lightning that hit the ground, fire surrounding it. They saw a giant bird with zapped feathers. The bird spread its wings, and roared "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" the bird screamed. It looked like Zapdos, but it was surrounded by a purple cloud and its eyes were glowing red. "AAAAAH!" screamed the brothers.

ZODIAC
Zek: Uh, y-you know how to battle right?
Zodiac: It c-can't be that bad...
S. Zapdos: RAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Bros: AHHHHHHHH!
Zek used Fury Swipes!
It's not very effective...
Zodiac used Spark!
It's not very effective...
Shadow Zapdos used Shadow Bolt!
It's super effective!
Zek used Pursuit!
It's not very effective...
Zodiac used Tackle!
It's not very effective...
Shadow Zapdos used Shadow Force!
It's super effective!
Zek fainted!
Zodiac fainted!

"Ow...can't...move..." mumbled Zek. "We can't...do it..." said Zodiac. All of a sudden, they heard strong voices. "Fire Blast!" said one. "Blizzard!" said another. A chill wind fell over Zek and a hot wave fell over Zodiac as they struggled up to see what was happening. Facing two attacks at once, Shadow Zapdos flew away, squawking in anger. Two giant birds flapped their wings onto the ground. "Are you boys okay?" asked a strong, low voice. "Fine...I'm fine..." said Zodiac. Zek nodded. The boys noticed they weren't any normal birds. They were Moltres and Articuno. "We had other things to do, but we couldn't let you sit there and suffer." said Moltres. "Cool...uh...what happened to that Zapdos?" asked Zek. "That Zapdos was not Zapdos. It's a Pokemon generated by the Shadow Cloud, one of Mewtwo's greatest weapons." said Articuno. "Oh, I'm sorry, you probably don't know about the--" Articuno was interrupted by Zodiac. "We know." He nodded at Zek, who nodded back. "But I must admit...you two weren't as weak as others who challenged the Shadow Cloud." admitted Moltres. "Where do they come from?" asked Zodiac. "From a place where everything has shadow before the name. First is Shadow Mountain, where you will find other Shadow Clouds and Shadow Pokemon." explained Articuno. "Tell you what...how would you like to be apprentices of the Poros Knight Guard?" asked Moltres. Articuno nudged Moltres. "Don't just instantly ask them! We must test their skills first." said Articuno. Moltres nodded. "Very well. Come back at this spot tomorrow, and we will determine your skill level." informed Moltres. Moltres and Articuno flapped their wings and hovered off the ground. "We will see you two later." they flew away at sonic speed.
