As they were about to head out, Xharks ran up to Zeon and told him to turn on the TV. Zeon nodded at Mist who turned it on. Freak was sitting in a news chair smiling away at the camera. He started speaking “Hello World, My name is Freak Xerxes and believe that this world needs to be cleansed by Satan’s hellfire. If anyone gets in my way I will dispatch them, as I did with this lot. The camera turns to show a pile of dead police officers and news crew. The camera refocuses on Freak again you all have 7 days before armageddon, let's see what happens in that time.” Mist turns off the TV, and looks at Zeon. Xharks said “Zeon you must find him and kill him”, Zeon said “but you said we could capture Freak and Audrey.” Xharks looked sad and said “I know but he’s gone too far.” “I now want you to find and kill Freak, Audrey and their entire squad.”
They were heading to the news building to take out Freak. Based off the news stories Freak had turned the news tower into a base of operations. It was guarded by storybook, fantasy and nightmare monsters. They were about a day away from the institute, when they heard a cry for help come from a nearby office building. They headed in.
Inside they found Trespaz, two nightmare changelings and a small army of goblins. As they entered Zeon told Green and Gunger to take the nightmare changeling on the left, he then told Finn and Animagus to take the one on the right. He told Kaleigh to stay back as they might need her healing ability. Next he told Magnekite and Mist to handle the goblin army. Then Monock and Zeon started towards Trespaz. As they clashed Zeon took a quick look at his team, he could see, Green, Gunger, Finn and Animagus easily dispatching the changelings and Magnekite and Mist wiping out the goblins. He turned back to Trespaz as she was about to strike Monock. Zeon shot a thin layer of ice on the floor causing her to trip. He started to tell Monock to flank behind her, but his words were cut off as she used her super speed to get behind Monock and run him through with her daggers. Zeon shouted his name and let out a roar of anger, at the same time his fury caused him to send out a wave of energy freezing everything in its path, quickly Gunger grabbed Green and flew her up away from the wave, Animagus turned into gorilla and jumped in front of Finn blocking him from the wave and Magnekite made a dome of crystal around him and Mist. The wave had frozen Trespaz, what left of the goblins and the two wounded changelings, it had not frozen Zeon as he had made it, and he had protected Monock’s body by holding him close. Gunger landed next to Zeon and put down Green, Magnekite had removed the dome and had run over, but Mist had walked over to animagus. She was frozen, Finn crawled out from under her, she had protected him. Suddenly they heard a crash behind them, they turned to see Zeon standing with his scythe, his eyes wet from crying, he had hit the frozen figure of Trespaz smashing her to pieces. When they turned back to Animagus, she had turned back to a girl but her clothes had been torn off when she had transformed. She was now sitting in the ice gorilla, Mist lightly hit the ice and it shattered leaving a naked animagus in the middle of the pile of shards. Everyone except Mist, Green and Kaleigh looked away. Kaleigh started to heal the cuts from the shards, whilst Green made her a cloak of fern to cover herself. When she was decent the boys turned back round, suddenly Finn ran at her and wrapped his arms around Animagus and would not let go. In the end it took Animagus telling him to let go and that she was ok, to get him off, but he still stood right next to her. Their work here was done so they left the office building and started to head to the tower that used to be a news building.

After half a day they made it and a big german shepherd came running out and Animagus knelt down to pet the dog and it seemed to whisper to her. At around midnight Ael and his small army of about six destroyer demons (ugly things, with too many teeth) snuck in, Ael hit Gunger round the head knocking him out.
