Brodie caught up with Drake, as he slowed down. "Well, this is what a route is like? It isn't that scary. They say Pokemon jump out at you, but I haven't seen any yet!" they said, smiling. "Thats just the beginning of it. The Pokemon jump at you LATER..." Brodie claimed, looking around. A buzzing sound filled the air. "The heck is that?" He asked, looking around. A bit of blue appeared to fly right past them. "A Pokemon!" Drake yelled. "A Yanma?" Brodie added. "I've only seen one of this coloring once..." Drake said, amazed. His Pokemon caught up. "Alright! Tantrum, Lets go!" He said, as the Gabite pumped its fist and ran in front of the Yanma. "Rock slide!" he said. The Gabite Created some rocks, and jumped above the Yanma. They threw the rocks down on it. "Yaaa!" it said, falling to the ground. It slid, flying back up. It soured at the Gabite, tackling it. Tantrum rolled on the ground, before landing on his feet. Drake Reached into his bag, and pulled out a Pokeball. He threw it, hitting the Yanma. It busted out, before being hit by a power up punch. It looked tired. It flew up high, and zoomed down at Tantrum. Drake threw another Pokeball. In all of the dust flying around, he couldn't tell if he caught it. It was gone, however. He concluded he must have caught it. "Nice! I got a new Pokemon!" he cheered. Brodie simply blinked, while the Dunsparce looked on in confusion. "Dun?" it chirped, turning its head to the side. "Well, I guess we should move on?" Drake said, after a moment of silence passed. "Sure." Brodie said, walking along. "Hey! Wait up!" Drake said. The Pokemon followed behind, looking around for more Pokemon. They reached the end of the route (After some attacks from Krabby's and a few Roggenrola's) and made it to Harmonium Town. "Wow...certainly more quiet than our last town..." Drake said. He walked toward the lake, while the others caught up. Grace stood her distance from the lake. They shook her head when told to come to the lake. A figure popped out of the lake, and Tantrum threw a rock at it. "Ow!" The girl said, rubbing her forehead. "Oh my, I'm SO sorry!" Drake said, looking at the Gabite. "Just kidding! I'm completely fine!" The lady said, laughing. Her smile was adorable. "I'm Artemis!" She said, holding out her hand. Drake grabbed it, and pulled her out. "I'm Drake!" Drake said. Artemis shook herself dry, getting the grass around her wet. "I'm Brodie...This is Dunsparce!" Brodie had said, holding the Dunsparce, one again, like it had been Simba. "EIII A VANIAAA!" Artemis sung, playing along. Drake just shook his head and started laughing. He bowed. "All hail lord Sim-sparce!" Drake said. "Alright. Anyway, this is Grace and Tantrum." He continued. "And say hello to Magpie!" Drake said, throwing up a Pokeball. Out came a Yanma, spinning around in a circle. It flew down to human level, inspecting everything. "I just caught him." Drake said. Another person entered the area, but this this time it was a guy. "Hello?" they said. "I was looking to catch some Pokemon." The stranger said. "Allow me to introduce myself. I am Sterling." The man, now named Sterling, had said. "I'm drake. This is Grace, Tantrum, Artemis, and Brodie." Drake had said. "I came more for the thrill of adventure." Drake said. A Pokemon arose from the lake. It was a Eevee. "This is Soufflune! My Eevee!" Artemis had said. The Eevee shook itself dry. A Pichu had come from behind one of Grace's leg. "And thats Kerplop!" She said. Grace was spooked, running toward Drake and standing at his side. "They didn't mean to spook anyone." Artemis added. "You know...If your planning to have a little adventure..." Sterling said. "Then why not a little battle?" he asked, fiddling with a pokeball that was in his hands. "Sure! I've been itching to battle somebody beside a wild Pokemon!" Drake said. "Alright. Go, Axew." Sterling said, half lazily. "Go Tantrum!" "Ooo! Dragon to Dragon! Nice choice!" Brodie complimented. "Alright. Let's get some dual chop here." Sterling said, sounding more focused. The Axew hit the Gabite multiple times. The Gabite was launched into the water, but it got up. "Alright! Sandstorm to warm us up a bit!" Drake said, as the Gabite whipped up a sandstorm. The Gabite seemed ready to dodge the attackers moves. The sand got into Axew's eyes, seeming to hurt it a little. "Alright, Axew! Use Assurance!" The Axew's hands shone a bit, then Axew tried to smack Gabite. Gabite dodged it, resulting in Axew landing in the lake this time. They got up, shaking the water off themselves. Gabite used Power up Punch on it. The Axew flew back a little, landing on its feet. Sand got into its eyes again. "Axe!" it called out. "Use Dragon Claw!" Sterling called out. The Axew dove toward The Gabite, slashing it. It fell, and the sandstorm stopped. "Go Grace!" Drake immediately called out. The Rapidash ran onto the battlefield, charging toward the target. "Use Flare Blitz!" They called. The Rapidash caught fire, and jumped at the target. The Axew fell over with all the pressure. The Rapidash seemed to hurt itself a little. "Axew! Come on, you can do it! Use Assurance!" Sterling called. The Axew got up, and attempted to smack the horse like Pokemon. They succeeded. "Bounce! To finish it!" Drake called. The Rapidash jumped high into the air, before stomping onto the foe. The Axew couldn't handle the pressure, and fell over. "We have a winner!" Brodie called out. "Well...Fair game, I guess." Sterling said, smiling. "You know, I respect you. Your looking for a adventure and not looking for something lame like being this best and catching them all...I respect that, Drake. I still like the idea of getting stronger, however...I want to see what fun we'll have. So...guess were traveling together now." he said. A few more people came to the lake, looking around. "Well, some more just arrived for company!" Artemis claimed, smiling. "Ugh...MORE people to bug me...?" A boy with a Bulbasaur said. "Don't mind Dirk. He's been like that." A girl said. "I doubt somebody would act like that ALL the time, you know..." Drake said. "I doubt your doubt!" The girl said. After a few moments of talking, everything was straightened out. "Your Matthew, your Dirk, and your Laurel?" Drake asked. The three nodded. "Yea...Sorta." Dirk grumbled. "Yea, REAL social Dirk." Laurel said sarcastically. "Hey! Now's not any time to be fighting." Drake said. Brodie and Sterling nodded in agreement. "Yes. Your not getting much from it." Sterling said. "Whatever...Can we go to a gym now?" Dirk said. "How's it my choice?" Drake asked. "We kinda have to now that a gym's nearby anyway." Drake added. The six got up, and started walking toward the nearby town.
Where these five will go, nobody knows! Surely they'll be going far, however. SO far, that all of these people might as well achieve their dreams. But we shall never know. For now, we shall continue to watch these six...
