Soon after the group of about sixty-something Saese had checked-on, I noticed a group of knights, wearing the same armour and scarf-thing with an amber-like clasp that Raphe was wearing, were quickly approaching. Riiight before the knights entered the grounds, a girl, probably around Maria’s age, with speckled green hair and eyes, wearing a tight-looking and shiny orange dress ran in front of them.
“Please tell me I am not too late, Miss.” she said, bowing low.
“Nah, you aren’t at all that late. And I should be the one calling you ‘Miss,’ Miss!” I smiled.
“Oh, alright... I didn’t expect that.”
“Eh, I dunno why, what’s ya’ name, though?”
“...Pearpear...” she muttered, looking away.
“Ee~eehhh...? Guess I probs shouldn’t ask, should I?”
“No, not if you don’t want to... but if you-” she said, facing back at me just as she got interrupted.
“Ahem! Get out of these grounds until at least such a time as the ruler of the Grand Kingdom of Ara Himself has cleared the area!” a heavy-accented somewhat-feminine voice, coming from one of the knights, was what interrupted the girl.
“Ugh, can I have one single day without being reminded of the stupid rules you have in your stupid kingdom!” Pearpear cried, “So just go away and shut up, idiots!”
“Whoa, whoa! Calm down you two!” I said, but they both completely ignored me. In fact, Raphe showed up into the argument.
“God, will you not quiet down and listen to him? Though, I was going to say that, in a tone that would not have started such an argument!”
“No tone you could muster would have stopped this argument.”
