Autmnpaw,A brownish,orangish,redish,blackish,she-cat with amber eyes awoke.Blinking sleep from her eyes,she went straight to work on sorting and mixing herbs,she had just became an apprentice to Stillleaf a moon ago,and she wanted to show her mentor she was destined to be the best medicine cat yet.
Stillleaf had finally awoke,as she padded up to Autmnpaw she went straight to work beside her without a sound.
"You've woken up early."Stillleaf finally meowed.
"Sense the dawn patrol left..."Autmnpaw muttered.
"We'll do some training on battling skills today."Stillleaf decided.
"Okay."
Autmnpaw finally got back from collecting herbs,leaf-bare was coming.So Autmnpaw decided to get extra catmint.Autmnpaw padded into the medicine cat den and sorted the catmint,Stillleaf was still gone collecting the marigold.The young apprentice noticed,she just guessed she'd hang out with her friend,Palepaw,for a bit until Stillleaf returned.
"Palepaw!"Autmnpaw called as she scrambled out of the medicine cat den,"I'm right here!"Palepaw,a very pale brown tom with cheery green eyes came sprinting out of the apprentice's den,"Hi."Autmnpaw greeted,"What do you wanna do?"
"I don't know...I just went hunting before I fell asleep in the apprentices den...so...are ya hungry?"Palepaw asked.
After Palepaw asked her that question Autmnpaw realized how hungry she was."Yep."She answered.Before Palepaw could say anything,she rushed over to the fresh-kill pile and started to rip up a rabbit,Palepaw followed behind quickly,getting a vole for himself."So...what do we do after eating?"Autmnpaw asked Palepaw as she gulped down her last peice of kill.
"I'm pretty sure your mentor will be back...."Palepaw replied.
"Oh....okay...."She nodded.She padded away back to the medicine cat den slowly.She wished she got to have some free-time where she didn't have to stay in the medicine cat den and sit there,waiting for a patient.Not like she wanted to stop training to be a medicine cat or anything.Just to have some free-time.
"Well,bye!"Palepaw called from the fresh-kill pile.
"Oh...Bye!"Autmnpaw snapped out of thought and finally got back to reality.
