Awesome Gen 3 style sprite, only thing I can criticize is the bell that suddenly warps to its mouth when it moves, and stays perfectly still during the whole animation without swinging or anything, just moving up
just a lil custom spritework of a pokemon that REALLY should have made the cut imo
