I forgot when or why I did this, outside of some Christmas a few years back. But yeah, I made and designed the Plusle and Minun myself, along with the paper tree. The box is one of the traditional origami boxes people can learn to make anywhere, but yeah.
Little history: I originally made Plusle and Minun for the Pokecharms Wishing Nights 2007, and that time they were accompanied with a beige mouse. The mini Plusle was new, and I thought it would be cute to have them like a family. ♥
