Also, sure I can give you the link! ^^ The hex code is #030889. Basically a darker blue to make the other colors stand out more.

Aww man, I thought I could snag that Blue and Purple Espeon for my new Trainer OC, Callis Nix. I've been wanting to snag some galaxy (ish) colored Pokemon for him. Oh well.
