Ghostly-Hedgehog I'm pretty sure at this point we all want a Dragon type eeveelution I was shocked that there wasn't one in X & Y with the release of sylveon. But anyways here's the description of Basiliseon.
Basiliseon-The basilisk pokemon. Basiliseon are hard to tame but will protect its master at all costs when they have your trust. They are fierce in battle doing all and everything to win.Their scales are said to shimmer and gleam whenever they have won something such as battles or contest.
Evolves from eevee when level up while holding a prism scale. Gaining the Dragon Type.

    I like it i feel that the color should be tweeked just because red and green are opposite colors, which creates a lot contrast
