Fiji Water So um
This is like one of my very oldest OCs, I made him in like...2013...
I decided to make a new drawing of him for the first time in a while :3
His name is Arctic, obviously, by the title of this, and he is a shiny mega Absol~

I would be so happy if anyone drew him for me, I love collecting art of my characters lol
