This one looks way cooler than the last.
I had randomly generated design prompt again. This one was basically "Chinese-inspired outfit with beads, a choker and a skirt that's part-shorts."
The key parts, at the start and end of that summary, made me think of a single-slitted qipao, so I based it of my faint memories of outfits like that.
