Because I know it's not, mostly because I noticed all the things you mentioned after I finished it xD
The wind is something that I missed though, so I'll keep that in mind!

Also, this is not my first animation, just my first in a long time haha

Great Animation, but a few tips to be a little more pleasing on the eyes. The part of the eye animation that leads to (^) (the eye) seems like it needs to be more natural. The wind too, seems a bit too energized, so a softer moving of the wind would help out a bunch. Lastly, the Bow Tie changes shape once the scarf goes over it. In general, this is great for a first animation

Dude, don't beat yourself up about the art. I think it's just fabulous. I haven't seen Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them yet, but I still love this. This is great art and you should never feel down if there is better art. Theres always better art in someone's opinion. Art isn't something you rate with fact, it's something you rate with heart, and boy-oh-boy, the heart is a fickle thing.

Mine used to look really terrible.

Another option if you have a mobile device is to download an app called GIF Creator, which lets you put multiple images together to make an animation

Hm now that may be a problem. You could get a notepad of graph paper, draw each part of your animation, then flip through like a flipbook?

Pixel art is actually much easier to animate, have you seen my pixel animation I posted yesterday? It was way, way easier to make than this.
