this steel dark type wartortle after eating so much tar it has gain a hard outer shell akin to steel.
it has covered its body with tar and its jaw now has 100 times the bite force of a crocodile. this pokemon is found at level 16 with the moves rapid spin metal claw dark pulse and metal bite. metal bite is a new move which can give the foe confusion and does both steel and dark damage. its ability is torrent even if it isn't a water type.
