Kawaii Stuff ♥: A Shiny Eevee Appeared!

This Eevee took me so llllllllllllloooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnggggggg to make, mostly be cause I first draw the head and body and stuff, but then I had to go over that. Then I messed up on the shading! So I had to re-do that all over again. I DON'T CARE IF IT LOOKS LIKE CRAP, I worked hard on it and that's all that even matters anymore.
