This many years later, I naturally can't remember the details of what was running through my head during the making of every comic. So I have no idea if this comic was the result of me getting frustrated with how many comics I had spent on this storyline, or if I was attempting to make my readers angry, which was something I tried on more than one occasion.
Of course, making your readerbase angry isn't exactly good for making a sustainable, long-term comic, but hey. Hindsight, 20/20, etc.
