Apparently there was some confusion over what the blue Kirby meant in the fifth panel when I originally posted this? He just means that the weather forecast didn't call for storms of raining flyers. Or at least not two storms of raining flyers.
Blue has absolutely no evidence to support his name being linked to anything involving subtlety, cunning, or finesse.
