A Pikachu!
Becca grabbed an empty Pokeball.
"Cyndaquil, quick attack."
She whispered to me. I ran as fast as my legs could carry me. I knocked him down. Then-
"Watch out for his Stati-"
Static. I was paralyzed. I couldn't move my body too much. My next command:
"Try to use an ember, but take it slow."
I let out a burst of flame. The Pikachu struck me with a bolt of quick lightning. Ouch.
"Pokeball go!"
Becca threw the Pokeball. It hit the Pikachu's side and he was captured. The Pokeball rocked once. Twice. Three times. Then it lay still with a soft click.
"Yes! We did it!"
I was hugged so tightly I couldn't breathe. Then she tapped the Pokeball to my head and I was encapsulated inside.
