I felt like drawing the thing in my style because I dunno, I find something fundamentally amusing in the idea of Burlesque Dancer Jim Hanson/Brian Froud Goblin Things, Can-can-ing about and generating clouds of scented vapor like an over-sized powder puff.
And they ended up looking like a pair of quasi-avian witches having a conversation about something. Probably about how daft-looking their X-version counterpart is.

I didn't think anyone could make me like those critters but you've proven me wrong, as usual. XD This is a very nice take on the Pokemon in general and a very interesting design on your part too. I'm still unlikely to train the thing anytime soon but this is a great pic. Nice work. ^^
