WARNING: DO NOT touch him, or pet him! he will bite and growl at you. the only thing to calm it down is a Light Ball.
You can buy Light Balls at a nearby POKEMART or the old man in Pewter City.
Catching it in a POKEBALL might work, but its capture rate is over 9000.
