Regigigas divided the continents and frightened the people, they seal them away with three pokemon Regice, Registone, Registeel, and codes to be unlocked when it is the right time. In Unova there was the original dragon who belong to a king. The king has two sons and split the Dragon into three, Reshiram and Zekrom and Kyurem as the leftovers. As they know the power of Reshiram and Zekrom they sealed it, while Kyurem goes into a cave waiting to be reunited with the two.Civilization in Kalos start to have a conflict. Pokemon was force to kill each other. The tragic was resulted to King AZ's pokemon to die and resurrected by the ultimate weapon powered by Xerneas and Yveltal as well end both sides of the war.In Hoenn there is a meteor shower with the primal energy awakening groudon and kyogre, Draconids pray for Rayquaza to once more end the battle...
