This super literal, gullible, but overall good hearted Iceman tries his best to do the right thing, even if he accidentally hurts people along the way. He often cannot comprehend the consequences of his own actions. Iceman from Fully Charged was one of the few designs and iterations of the source material that I thought was better than the original.
