@Dr. Alphys his skin is white because that's the way it is in the game; you can change your skin tone and make it completely white like this.
Unfortunately, I'm not taking requests at the moment (though I was planning on doing as many of the Undertale characters as I could after I finished spriting all my friends from Maplestory). However, I might be opening them up sometime, so I'll let you know when I do!
Seriously what's up with my friends and weird glowy stuff. Also yes, his skin is like porcelain white, it's not a mistake.
