Tasen = One of the two alien races (I think) at the game Iji.
Iji = A free PC game, created in 2004 and released in 2008... Finished at 2010, and are the name of the protagonist, Iji Kataiser.
Tasen Scout = First enemy class in the game, 100 armor and 1 HP.
That thing that he's holding = One Tasen MachineGun.
