Electroneseon has forgoed its ability to move many objects for mastery in controlling Electricity, being able to create and control it from a distance unlike most Electric types, giving them the ability to attack from many sides. They can move their sphere, normally floating near their tail, around the field and use it as a source for their Electric type attacks instead of themselves. Electroneseon will tend to lower their electric sphere into the water to bring fish to the surface for their campaigns to collect.

Evolves when it touches a Electric stone and is willing to evolve.
