I think it looks great. The overall design looks complete so I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

SOmething about the hair irks me; the lines in it look somewhat out of place. The head also could do with somewhat more shading around the hairline. Otherwise, very nicely done; teach me how to sprite beards sometime!
