Magpie Very random five minute Sandshrew painting I've just done to decorate a friend's Birthday card :D

I do like abusing my Warhammer paints on stuff that it shouldn't be used for~

Awww he's so cute! He looks like he heard a noise so he came up from underground 'cause he thought someone was there to play with but nobody was there :(

Thank you :D Because the paints are designed for use on metal/plastic they have a nice, thick and textured effect when they're painted onto paper.

Oh, Sandshrew! This is very good for 5 minutes. I really love the detail that you put into the eyes and the pattern crisscrossing Sandshrew's body

Ahhhh it's kinda neat seeing a more traditional medium work, and this turned out so great! The ground especially gets me for some reason, maybe it's the textured look or something.
Great job, as always, Magpie! ♥

Thanks, Data! :D There are a couple of mistakes I made on the lineart but that's what I get for being quick. I'll have to do a Pory Z on your Birthday card soon :D
