By this point, Gen V had been around for about two years but I hadn't included any of the new features because I wanted to keep the fic Gen IV. However, realizing how long it would take me to finish the damn thing, I just decided why the hell not! The second first is cameos of Pokécharms members! One cameo is of one of my wonderful kohais and the other is of a former member. Enjoy! ^_^

I would have liked it and the remaining three new chapters to have been posted on the actual anniversary date of January 8th, but I'll settle for the fact that it's still the 8th in the far west. Another fun fact, at 21 pages and 10,739 words, this is the longest chapter of anything I've ever written. =0

I can't promise when I'll start Volume 2 or how long that'll take, but I'll stick with it until the end. It's that time of year again, RoTN's eighth birthday! Still can't believe this thing is that old already. Unlike previous years I don't have a brand new chapter for you guys so you'll just have to settle for some bonus material instead. I present you with a timeline of events that happen from Brian's first encounter with Madison all the way to Leader's proclamation in case you need a refresher. There's also some behind the scene facts about the story which is mostly commentary by yours truly. And last but not least, probably the real reason anyone would want to read this, a teaser for Vol2. This should be obvious, but the following does contain spoilers for Vol1 if you haven't read/finished it yet.
