Pokecharms - How This Site Affected My Life

Okay, so, many people came to this site in search of Trainer Cards, like me.

One day, I was browsing through the internet, and an idea came to mind: "Hey! Maybe I could find a Trainer Card maker or something!"
I looked around Google before I found a site called Pokecharms, I clicked on and immediately made a Trainer card and a profile. I realised how much I liked this site and stayed on. I am not completely sure, but when I joined an RP, one of the members of the RP was a guy called Lucky Ace, and I thought he was cool. Gave him a follow, he followed me back. >W<

I often RolePlayed with four people, MewtwoFan, FeraligatrFan, The Omega Rayquaza (I called him Omega) and my brother, Losnar. We did some Mystery Dungeon RPs that lasted a while, but we kinda broke off from it.

After a long time, I developed what I call Close Friendships with a group of people, Ace, Sticks, Fanta, and Yoshi. Before I hung out with these guys I mostly talked to Pain and Peachy, two good friends of mine. Anyway, I had started posting art on Pokecharms, and I thought everything I posted just added to the crapstorm I had. But, people actually liked it! I was happy to see this happen, for I am not that popular IRL.

This just got amazing-er, as I found out I was one of Midnight Princess's idols. I was overjoyed.

I had started to realised that I felt slightly closer to Ace than any of my other amazing, fun-loving friends. Ace wanted to leave Pokecharms for personal reasons, and I was pleading for him not to go, I was literally in tears. After Yoshi and Fanta pleaded, Ace said he decided that he wouldn't be gone for long. My sad tears turned to joyful tears.

I have often used this site to get away from any problems I might have, and my friends are always there to make me laugh :)

I hope this expresses how much this site, and my friends, mean to me. Thank you Pokecharms.

    Heh. I too found this site for the cards, but then I got into roleplaying, so I looked up a PMRP website and was like, "Hey, this is the same site I made Trainer Cards on." So yeah, that's what happened.

    Similar to you, I originally messed around with the Card Maker, one day on holiday at a random restaurant I decided to make an account and I just used it more. I just don't draw good on the computer, and you wouldn't be able to see my paper drawings well (Also I usually just draw characters of stuff, not proper pics), that's why I sadly don't do art.

    Also I felt so bad when you said that Ace was going to leave.... I know what it feels like to have a close friend leave and not come back. It's happened to me.
